If it’s on the wheel, It might be what you feel.

Feelings can be hard to talk about, understand or even just notice.
This tool is used to help us recognize more than just SAD, MAD, or GLAD.
Sometimes we just say “I’m fine,” or “I’m stressed,” because it’s easier.
But underneath that, there’s often something more specific trying to be noticed.
That’s where the Feelings Wheel can help.
It gives us language that can help us define where that feeling comes from. A deeper understanding.
Sometimes, simply seeing a word—frustrated, disappointed, uneasy, hopeful—can create a small moment of clarity.
We can be anywhere on the wheel in one day. In fact that is most of us.
What might be here right now?
If it’s on the wheel, it’s something we can feel.
Which means you’re not alone in it. We are all rolling around the wheel each day.
Use this tool to make feelings easier to name. Noticing a feeling is a great place to start.
