Virtual One on One Counselling

Services

Services may be provided virtually or in person depending on availability,

  • A private, supportive space to explore, understand, and move forward.

Individual therapy offers the opportunity to work through personal challenges at your own pace. This may include stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, or life transitions.

My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in real-life experience. Sessions are collaborative and focused on helping you better understand your experiences, develop coping strategies, and create sustainable change.

Virtual sessions allow you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space and within your schedule.

  • Focused support for clarity, direction, and meaningful change.

This service is designed for individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps. Together, we will identify what matters most to you, explore barriers that may be getting in the way, and create realistic, achievable goals.

Using a grounded, supportive approach, sessions focus on building momentum, strengthening confidence, and developing practical strategies you can carry into daily life.

This option is often a good fit for individuals who are looking for a more focused, goal-oriented approach to therapy, including those who may have previous experience in counselling or who are working within a specific timeframe or budget.

This is a good fit if you are looking for structure, accountability, and a clear path forward.

  • Therapy in motion—support that feels natural and grounded.

    Walk & Talk Therapy Policy

Walk & Talk Therapy may be available to ongoing clients when clinically appropriate and scheduling permits. While many clients find movement and outdoor settings supportive, Walk & Talk sessions differ from traditional in-office or virtual therapy and may include increased distractions, interruptions, weather considerations, reduced privacy, and limitations on deeper processing work.

To help maintain consistency and therapeutic focus, Walk & Talk sessions are generally offered only to clients engaged in regular ongoing therapy and are typically limited to every other session. This helps ensure clients continue to benefit from focused therapeutic work within a more structured setting.

Walk & Talk Therapy remains at the discretion of the therapist based on clinical appropriateness, scheduling availability, location, weather, safety, and therapeutic goals.Walk and talk therapy offers an alternative to traditional office-based sessions. Meeting outdoors, we walk side by side in a relaxed environment while engaging in conversation.

This format can feel less formal and more comfortable for some individuals, helping to reduce stress and support more open, natural dialogue. Movement and fresh air can also support emotional regulation and overall well-being.

This option is ideal for those who feel more at ease outside or who benefit from a more active, less structured setting.
